Images Medispa Booking Policy
T's and C's apply for all online, phone, or in-store appointments.
*When booking an appointment at Images Medispa you automatically agree to email & text appointment communication as our best way to keep you informed. Images MediSpa takes your privacy seriously we will not share your personal details knowingly with any other third party. A consent form will be provided to you to opt in to.
*Clients automatically agree to the cancellation policy of 12 hours when booking appointments.
*Our booking system reminders are sent by email a few days prior to your appointment and also by txt 24 hrs prior, please reply to the text message so that our automatic booking system registers your appointment time as "taken".

*If there are any amendments to your treatments please contact us so we can alter the booking time frame and potentially equipment accordingly.
*Late Cancellations of appointments at Images Medi Spa may receive a Therapist Booking Fee of up to $25 to their account at therapist's discretion if not rescheduled.
