Jocelyn Steenson - Nixon purchased Images in 1986, over 20 years ago when it was a three year old small, sole operator country clinic. Images has moved three times as it grew to accommodate client requests. Our mission statement in the beginning was "to raise self esteem in women and to help you look and feel your best".

Because we wanted to get better results, we are serious about skin concerns and committed to training in the latest research trends and developments which are results driven. This commitment has enabled us to improve our treatments for the best long lasting results. We use and recommend high performance products - we want to do only what works.

Clinic Success Story....things we do daily!

Let me tell you a story.......

Therapist Monica has successfully treated and cleared numerous facial skin carcinomas and scaley patches for Mrs X - whose Doctor checked and removed frequently and had been for a long time. Her Client, a farmer, used no sunblock ever - didn't believe there was any point and her face was red and irritated. Her first concerns were to treat excess hair with Electrolysis which was very successful. Our Therapist advised sunblock during the Electrolysis treatments and suggested some Omnilux Light treatments as it was developed by Doctors to treat skin for post cancers and grow new collagen. So, with this in mind, she had her first treatment 2 days later. After the first treatment, Mrs X noticed her skin was more hydrated, softer and looked more moist. After the second Light a week later, the rest of the carcinoma scaley lumps were starting to heal and the dry flakey skin was reduced. After the third Light, all the dry patches had disappeared and skin was less wrinkly, more firm and not so irritated. Up to this point, the only homecare had been the Matis SPF40 sunblock and she was still using soap to clean!

Monica, her Therapist, recommended UMF Manuka Honey Skincare, Skin Deep Cleanser and Rejuvenating Cream as her skin needed healing. Mrs X had no faith in skin care products and didn't think they worked. At her 4th Omnilux Light treatment one week later, and using homecare of Skin Deep for just one week, all the carcinomas have gone! (except one). Redness is starting to fade and her skin is calmer. Mrs X enjoyed her first makeup makeover with id Bare Minerals and Jane Iredale Mineral Makeup which is the safest to use and the zinc which is naturally occuring in the makeup will help to heal and protect her new skin. Her old makeup full of talcum powder (talc) and her soap were stripping the surface of natural oils was very drying contributing to her skin carcinomas.

Mrs X is thrilled with her new healthy skin. She can see a visible improvement not seen before - ever! She now has faith in the right skin care and that sunblock does work. In fact, it may save your life. If you ask your Doctor, he will tell you so.
